Lillys Creations was started in 1990, when
Lillys daughters started dancing with a Royal Academy of Dancing certified
teacher, Virginia Karasis at theHeights School of Ballet in New York
City. Ms. Karasis had been frustrated with the lack of quality skirts available
for Character dancing. Lilly decided take up the challenge to make new character
skirts for her students. The character skirts were to be attractive, well fitting,
affordable and meet the requirements for the Royal Academy of Dancing.
In the past 20 years Lilly's creations has expanded
to thousands of skirts reaching ballet schools in 32 states.
